Colorlight Shines at IBC2025 with New Technology!
2025.09.15

From September 12 to 15, IBC 2025—the largest and most influential broadcast equipment exhibition in Europe—was grandly held at the RAI in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The event attracted numerous industry experts and visitors, making it a true technological feast for the European broadcast and media sector.

At this exhibition, Colorlight presented its innovative solutions, fully covering diverse application scenarios in the broadcasting field. The comprehensively upgraded ColorAdept Color Management Platform, the AX Series redefining lightweight broadcast-grade production, the U15 Max video splicer built for large-scale productions, and the newly upgraded Calibration Master CCM6000 became highlights of the event—fully showcasing Colorlight’s innovation strength in video processing.

A New Platform Redefining User Experience

ColorAdept, built on a groundbreaking multi-dimensional color calibration algorithm, delivered a comprehensive upgrade at IBC:

Algorithm Upgrade: Enables more precise analysis and calibration of color chart images

Smart Skin Tone Line: Intuitively identifies and ensures natural rendering of skin tones across different ethnicities

YRGB Reference Line: Provides an easy way to compare color distribution in images

Workflow Optimization: Supports portable capture cards, simplifying the workflow

Interface Upgrade: A new layout makes capture and integration more efficient

All-in-One, Redefining Visual Imagination

The new Universe Series U15 Max, with an extraordinary loading capacity of 520 million pixels, is truly born for the broadcasting field. Featuring a highly flexible modular architecture, it provides up to 40 card slots and supports free combinations of 17 types of functional boards. This allows full adaptation to broadcast-grade ultra-high-resolution signal input, multi-screen synchronization, and complex visual scheduling needs—effortlessly handling high-end production scenarios such as grand galas, international sporting events, and news studios.

With industry-leading video processing performance, a single U15 Max can achieve up to 320 channels of 2K or 80 channels of 4K layer-synchronized display. It easily tackles ultra-high-resolution content without lag or delay, ensuring broadcast safety and transmission quality. Whether for dynamic graphic packaging, multi-source real-time interaction, or HDR high-dynamic image composition, the U15 Max consistently delivers broadcast-grade image quality. It enables ultra-high-definition and ultra-low-latency audiovisual presentation—pushing the boundaries of visual possibilities in broadcasting.

Simplifying Complexity, Reshaping the Smart Conference Space

The AX Series is designed for the deep integration of high-end conferencing and broadcast scenarios. Equipped with the self-developed LED OS system, it features an 8-core processor and a professional 8K decoding chip. With AI SR and AI MEMC, it significantly enhances image clarity and motion smoothness. Breaking the boundaries of traditional conferencing functions and unlocking new possibilities for lightweight, broadcast-grade production, remote collaboration, and real-time control.

As AIO conference all-in-one systems increasingly empower the broadcasting industry, the AX Series stands out with unique advantages. It is not only ideal for demanding scenarios such as remote expert interviews, fast news production, and virtual production, but also plays a key role in emergency announcements, internal review sessions, and interactive program creation. Truly, it delivers all-in-one versatility and integrated production on a single screen.

Calibration Master — CCM6000 Multi-Functional Upgrade

The flagship calibration system CCM6000, combined with the professional MLED calibration software Calibration Pro, not only significantly enhances calibration accuracy and efficiency for displays but also provides systematic display assurance for high-quality video production and broadcasting.

This upgrade focuses on the multi-edge screen calibration function, supporting calibration for creative large-format displays assembled from cabinets and modules of varying specifications. It meets the calibration needs of stage displays, background walls, and other creative display scenarios.

The high-precision calibration technology has been fully upgraded—from data acquisition and analysis to coefficient generation—greatly improving the uniformity and color fidelity of COB and MIP displays after calibration, perfectly matching the stringent image quality requirements of broadcast studios and virtual production environments. In addition, the newly added positioning grayscale and positioning gamma functions improve low-brightness calibration efficiency by more than 30%, ensuring rapid deployment and reliable operation of displays in the broadcasting industry.
