System Introduction.
Mica 310C is a multi-angle display defect detection system independently developed by Colorlight. Using cameras from multiple angles, the system is capable of collecting the brightness and color information of the LEDs on the module, enabling identification and selection of modules with defects such as dead pixels, "Caterpillar", color block, color difference, and so on, thus enhancing production efficiency and quality control.
High Accuracy.
Through the integrated high-precision constant temperature cooled camera and sophisticated track transfer location system, the system uses professional image processing algorithm to accurately collect the brightness and color information of each LED respectively when high-brightness and low-brightness images are displayed. It can also accurately locate each LED and reports the position of the LEDs with defects. (Brightness accuracy: ±1%; Chroma accuracy: ±0.003)
High Efficiency.
Users can customize items for the detection, and multiple detection items can be carried out simultaneously. The UPH can reach up to 220pcs/h.
Multi-Angle Detection.
Through collecting data and detecting from multiple angles, the system can identify not only modules with the most common defects, such as dead pixel, "Caterpillar", and color block, but also those with side-viewing dark/bright LEDs and color difference at different viewing angles.
Multi-Type Detection.
Supports detection in high / low brightness, and in various gray levels; Capable of detecting defects for COB, SMD, and GOB modules; Applicable to both real and virtual pixel products.
Easy and Streamlined.
The system supports one-button start and can automatically scan code, light up modules, and detect defective LEDs. It will separately unload OK / NG modules and automatically back up the detection data for real-time viewing.
