April 7-9, 2023 International Smart Display & Integrated System Exhibition (ISLE) was grandly held at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

01 XR Virtual shooting whole-process Solution

Colorlight has brought the XR studio to the booth on a 1:1 scale to show visitors the real scenes of XR virtual production technology in the whole process of film production. High-level hardware and software are equipped for a comprehensive technical display, including scenery setting, photography and shooting, motion capture, real-time rendering, etc.

A more vivid and delicate display effect is obtained with these unique shutter sync, frame multiplexing, Infi-bit, 3D LUT and other advanced technologies. Build the studio with thousands of sets of digital assets and LED screens, showing unlimited space with limited virtual sets. Colorlight boosts domestic XR virtual shooting and filming & television production to stand on the same starting line as Hollywood counterparts.

02 5G+8K UHD Solution

The 8K processor continues to seek technological breakpoints, presenting an 8K UHD image with the 5G technology deployed. Colorlight 5G transmission technology increases the band load of a single network port to about 5 times of traditional transmission speed, simplifying the complexity of transmission and boosting the construction of "Bai Cheng Qian Ping".

Colorlight UHD LED processor, 8K signal distributor, video splicer, receiver, fiber optic converter and other core products are applied to realize the whole process transmission from 8K set-top box signal port to UHD large screen display.

03 Micro/Mini LED Intelligent Core Testing Equipment

At the exhibition, Colorlight unveiled its latest product - Micro/Mini LED Intelligent Core Testing Equipment (Mica), which provides a high-precision, high-efficiency solution for COB/Mini/Micro LED displays. Mica integrates scientific-grade image capture instruments, assembly line production equipment, and data&business management servers. Based on this, software platforms for operation control and data&business management have been developed, enabling intelligent and unmanned management of the entire calibration process.

Currently, Mica can be used for various scenarios, such as on-site/factory full-screen calibration, cabinet/module calibration, and product line auto-calibration.
