System Introduction.

The Mica Production Line Automated Calibration System is Colorlight's proprietary solution for automatically calibrating LED modules. 

The system includes a management platform, assembly line production equipment, an operation control platform, a data storage server, and after-sales maintenance. It enables highly accurate and efficient calibration for Mini/Micro LED modules.

High Accuracy.

By integrating scientific-grade calibration system, Mica allows for random assembly of modules without color difference after calibration. (Brightness accuracy: ±1%; Chroma accuracy: ±0.003)

High Efficiency.

One working flow for both high and low brightness calibration. (Brightness calibration UPH≈220pcs/h; Chroma calibration UPH≈120pcs/h)

Great Compatibility.

Mica is applicable to COB, SMD, and GOB modules, and supports calibrating both real and virtual pixel products. The jigs can be easily changed to adapt modules of different specifications and models (up to 337.5*343.5mm in size), making the system highly compatible.

Supports role assignment, authorization, order placement, and data monitoring and management.

Starts with one button, fully automated for the rest: Accurately reads order requirements; automatically scans code, lights up, and calibrates modules; then separately unloads OK / NG modules.
